This one on the top is the Su Jung Gua which is made out of the cinamon. It has the strong smell and taste of the cinamon.  This tea helps digestion when you have weak stomach, helps for headache, and helps skin.
This one is the Sik Hea which is made out of ginger and rice. This tea is sweeter than Su Jung Gua so many kids like this one rather than the Su Jung Gua. This one Also helps digestion. For those who have cold body temperature, this helps the body to make temperature go up.

Raw crab!

Today I want to tell you about the food that is made out of raw crab called "Gae Jang". In Korea this food is well known as rice stealer because with only this food, you can eat more than 2 bowls of rice in 2 min! There are two kind of Gae Jang. One is soyu marinated and other one is spicy Gae Jang.
You must eat this with rice because its really salty. If some of you who are alergic to sea food, you can't eat this one.
Here are some pictures to show you how it looks like.
This one on the top is spicy one.
This one is the soyu marinated one.
In Hawaii, there aren't many Korean restaurants that sell this food because this food must be made out of fresh live crabs other wise it would not have the same taste as the way they make in Korea. Also the price of crab is too expensive in Hawaii too.
You can easily find this in Korea because crab is cheap in Korea. I know there is one place that sell this in Hawaii. The name of the restaurant is Choi's garden. It is about $40 for one crab I believe.
I hope you guys try this at least once in your life time! Enjoy~!
