Neng myun is one of Korea's traditional cold noddle which is very popular summer season. There are many kinds of Neng myun in Korea. Also Neng myun is popular for diet food and better than other noodles. When you go to Korea, you can find many different style of neng myun because every province have different style of their own style. This one is the bi bim neng myun which is spicy. This is one of my favoritre neng myun.
Also you could find neng myun that you could make it at home just like ramen. You could find those in the Korean super market in Hawaii too!
